Policy Duration:
We offer a 30-day return and refund window from the date of your purchase. Unfortunately, if more than 30 days have passed, we won’t be able to process a full refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns:
To qualify for a return, the item should be unused, in its original condition, and should retain its original packaging.
Exceptions to Returns:
The following items cannot be returned:
- Perishable items including but not limited to food, flowers, newspapers, and magazines.
- Intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases.
- Gift cards.
- Downloadable software.
- Certain health and personal care items.
A receipt or proof of purchase must accompany your return.
Please avoid sending your purchases back to the original manufacturer.
Partial refunds might be granted under these circumstances:
- Opened or used books, CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records.
- Items not in their original condition, damaged, or with parts missing, not due to our mistake.
- Items returned after more than 30 days post-delivery.
Processing Refunds:
On receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will email you to confirm its receipt and inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be credited automatically to your original payment method within a set number of days.
Delayed or Missing Refunds:
- Review your bank statement.
- Reach out to your credit card company; it might take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Check with your bank; there might be a processing delay.

Sale Items:
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Discounted items are final sale.
Exchanges:
We replace items only if they arrive defective or damaged. For exchanges, email us at support@sandcherryfarms.com and ship the item to 208 Main Street, Ordway CO 81063.
Gift Returns:
For items marked as gifts and shipped directly to you, you’ll get a gift credit equivalent to the item’s value. If the gift giver shipped the order to themselves first, we’d refund them, notifying them of the return.
Shipping Your Returns:
Mail your product to {physical address}. You’ll bear the shipping costs for returning items. If we issue a refund, return shipping costs will be deducted from it. For pricier items, consider using traceable shipping or insurance, as we can’t guarantee receipt of all returned items.
